Scheduling an Exam
Students can schedule their exam by entering their AIM portal and selecting the “Alternative Testing” option under “My Accommodations.” Select the appropriate course, click on “Schedule and Exam,” and follow the prompts. How do I receive testing accommodations?

If you’re unsure if you are eligible for accommodations, please contact the Disability Resource Center as soon as possible, ada@rice.edu. This will begin the process through which your accommodations will be registered.
What do I do if I’m entitled to testing accommodations in a course not supported by the Testing Center?
- If your course is not supported by the Testing Center, you should still be able to access accommodations directly through your instructor or through the Disability Resource Center. If you encounter any challenges accessing the accommodations to which you are entitled, contact the Disability Resource Center immediately at ada@rice.edu.
